Shipping Policy

All items from South Yorkshire Engraving are made to order.

Processing and dispatch times

Our usual dispatch time is 2–5 working days after payment has been received. Personalised orders may take longer where a digital proof or customer approval is required.

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will always aim to complete and send orders as quickly as possible.

Postage charges

Standard UK postage charges are:

• £2.50 for general products.

• £7.00 for memorial plaques, including slate memorial plaques.

The applicable postage charge will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery area and times

Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not currently available through the website.

Orders are sent using standard UK postal or courier services. Delivery usually takes approximately 3–4 working days after dispatch, although delays may occasionally occur outside our control.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

South Yorkshire Engraving cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional postage costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the item.

• Clear photographs of the packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
