After ordering, please provide the personalisation details requested above. We will prepare a digital mockup and send it to you via email for approval before engraving. Please check all names, dates, spelling and design details carefully. Engraving will only begin once you have approved your mockup. Any changes must be requested before approval.

Dispatch and delivery

Our usual dispatch time is 2–5 working days after payment. Personalised orders can take longer where a proof is required. Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only, with the applicable postage charge shown at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.

Please check names, dates, wording and photographs carefully before ordering. A digital proof is supplied only where the product listing states that one is required. If a proof is supplied, production begins after approval.

Returns and damaged items
